Contractor Management
Legislational requirements protect the health and safety of every employee. SAFETYCOR will ensure contractor programs are operating in accordance with legislational requirements and ensure that appropriate due diligence is implemented while managing subcontractors on a controlled worksite.
Safety Registries Management
Management and updating of electronic databases such as Complyworks, ISNetworld, and PICS can be very time consuming. SAFETYCOR can write policies, answer questions, and keep documents updated on a client’s behalf. With the ability to manage the entire process, SAFETYCOR can handle as little or as much as you want.
Inspections
Employers have a legislative obligation to identify and communicate all hazards at the workplace. SAFETYCOR is happy to assist your company to ensure compliance with safety guidelines at all levels. This can include due diligence, inspecting equipment, or even other types of inspections. We identify safe and at-risk behavior on behalf of the employer and ensure that regular inspections bring any issues to light.
Incident Investigations
Our holistic approach to incidents makes us stand out; our investigations evaluate the entire incident in order to resolve any operational safety issues. Using root causation theory and specific interview techniques, we work to identify root causes and come up with corrective action to ensure that incidences will not occur again. We can also provide a coaching and mentoring role throughout the process with your in-house safety advisor.
